Our collaborative approach involves a thorough understanding of our client’s past, current and future state. Through the lens of cultural empathy, we explore possibilities and formulate solutions to meet and exceed client needs and goals.
Architecture
LNB draws upon proven design techniques, emerging technology, materials and the client’s culture and perspective as inspiration for creative new concepts – creating a sense of happiness through belonging. We know that when people feel connected, performance improves. Our approach is a result of multidisciplinary collaboration and thoughtful solutions that address our client’s goals, on time and in budget.
Interior Design
We design spaces that invoke positive emotional connections for a feeling of well-being and sense of self. This distinctive approach promotes inclusion and unity, resulting in increased engagement and productivity.

At LNB Studio, we don’t see ourselves as cookie cutter architects or interior designers. We tailor a program to assess your needs and aspirations, develop a detailed understanding of your culture by listening, asking insightful questions and relating your values to the experience you seek in the design.
Portfolio
LNB Studio specializes in renovations, adaptive re-use and new construction. We work in a variety of markets including education, government, hospitality/retail, healthcare, industrial, religious, residential and workplace with projects in more than 34 Missouri municipalities.
Inside LNB
In 1991, Laura Neri Baebler formed Laura Neri Baebler Architect PC to better serve clients with a personal approach. Building on this principle, LNB evolved from a sole-proprietorship into LNB Studio, Architecture & Interiors, an experienced and diverse team of planners, architects and designers.
